We were delighted to be part of the NUS CEE 70th Anniversary Symposium, held at Marina Bay Sands on 10 October 2025. This milestone event brought together over a thousand participants from government agencies, academia, industry partners, and students to celebrate seven decades of engineering excellence and to explore the future of Singapore’s Built Environment.

As one of the participating exhibitors, our booth welcomed numerous visitors, including representatives from BCA, HDB, LTA, URA, consultants, subcontractors, and enthusiastic students from higher tertiary institutions and secondary schools. It was a meaningful opportunity to exchange insights, showcase our innovations, and inspire the next generation of engineers to shape a smarter, more sustainable future.

We were also proud to have our Director, Mr. Patrick Chia, share his thoughts on “The Future of the Built Environment – Technology & Job Redesign.” In his presentation, Mr. Chia highlighted the evolving landscape of construction driven by digitalisation, automation, and sustainable practices. He emphasised how technology adoption and job redesign are redefining skill sets across the industry, enabling engineers to work smarter, safer, and more collaboratively while continuing to deliver value to society.

The event also provided a wonderful opportunity for our NUS alumni and engineers to reconnect with their alma mater and engage with fellow professionals across the industry. Here’s to the next generation of creative and competent engineers who will continue to build, connect, and inspire.
