On 24 July 2026, we hosted our Interns’ Engagement Session, bringing together 26 interns from NTU, SIT, NUS and Waseda University across Building, Civil, M&E, Design and OCLS disciplines for an evening of meaningful conversations, career sharing and networking with our experienced professionals. As our interns prepare to take their first steps into the workforce, the session offered a platform to explore the many career pathways within the Built Environment sector, hear authentic experiences from industry professionals, and gain valuable perspectives to help shape their future careers.
From sharing personal career journeys and lessons learnt to answering candid questions, our senior managers and engineers generously invested their time to help our interns navigate the next stage of their careers. Beyond gaining valuable industry insights, the session fostered meaningful connections among interns from different universities, disciplines, and project sites—encouraging them to exchange experiences, broaden their perspectives, and build relationships that extend beyond the internship.
An internship marks the beginning of a much bigger journey. Beyond technical learning, we hope to equip our interns with the knowledge, confidence, and industry perspectives they need to navigate their careers with purpose. As they embark on the next chapter of their professional journey, we are proud to have supported them at this important milestone and to contribute to the future of Singapore’s Built Environment industry.
