We are delighted to share that Obayashi Singapore has been ranked 8th in The Straits Times Singapore’s Best Employers 2026! This marks a significant improvement from our 25th position last year.
The ranking is based on an independent online survey conducted between September and November 2025, involving thousands of participants. Respondents evaluated their employers based on various aspects, including compensation, career development opportunities, work environment, and company reputation.
Participants also provided both direct and indirect recommendations—assessing their willingness to recommend their own employer, as well as other companies within the industry.
