On 18 & 19 September 2025, OBAYASHI SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED hosted a two-day Leadership Workshop for our leaders, designed to strengthen core leadership capabilities and empower them to lead with greater confidence and purpose.
We were privileged to have Martin Lee, SHRM-SCP, IHRP-SP, GCDF and Christine Chan – MBA, IHRP-SP, SHRM-SCP, ICP-AHR, ACLP, GENOS facilitate a tailored workshop aligned with the organizational needs. Our leaders were fully engaged with phones down and minds open, as they explored:
✅ Mastering core skills: delegation, decision-making, and building trust
✅ Fostering psychological safety within the teams
✅ Conducting difficult conversations with empathy and clarity
✅ Enhancing coaching capabilities to unlock team potential
The workshop was opened by our Deputy Managing Director, Mr Atsushi Nakagawa, who encouraged our leaders to take a step back and focus on the essentials of great leadership.
Through role plays, open discussions, and interactive activities, including building a Leadership Legacy with LEGO, our leaders were able to visualize their impact in a creative and meaningful way. 💡 The workshop concluded with a commitment session, where each leader reflected on their key takeaways and pledged to become a multiplier, inspiring others to grow.
