Caring for the Community

We support and engage the communities we work in, through partnerships with local organizations, and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.

Charity Events

We actively support charitable causes and community engagement initiatives. In March 2025, our staff participated in EQUAL’s inaugural Charity Golf event at Tanah Merah Country Club – an unforgettable day that raised funds to support animal-assisted therapy programmes. Beyond this, we regularly take part in events such as the KDF Walks and other charity golf tournaments, contributing to various causes that make a positive difference in the community.

Caring for Migrant Workers

We take part in International Migrants Day to celebrate and recognize the contributions of migrant workers – an important part of our workforce. These efforts reflect our commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for all.

At both company and project levels, we also organize various activities such as festive celebrations and appreciation events, creating an engaging and supportive workplace for our workers.

Supporting Women in Construction

We are a proud member of the Association of Women in Construction Singapore (AWiCS) and actively support initiatives that promote gender diversity and inclusion in the industry. We sponsor AWiCS events and host workshops that encourage learning and networking among women in construction.

Internally, we celebrate International Women’s Day through various activities and thoughtful gestures to appreciate the contributions of the women in our workforce, fostering a culture of respect and recognition.
