On Friday, 15 May 2026, 11 interns came together to share their End-of-Internship presentations with OSPL’s Management, marking a meaningful closure to their internship journey with Obayashi.
The interns spoke candidly about what they had learnt on site, the challenges they encountered, the people who guided them, and the moments that shaped their understanding of the construction industry. They also shared their personal growth, career aspirations, and fresh observations on work processes, coordination, and how the internship experience could be further improved.
The session was lively and engaging, with each group presentation followed by an interactive Q&A segment. Interns responded confidently to Management’s questions, elaborated on their observations, and exchanged views in an open and encouraging setting filled with active discussion and light-hearted moments. Afterwards, the interns, supervisors, managers, and directors continued their conversations over a meal. This created a more relaxed setting for everyone to connect, exchange experiences, and build rapport beyond the presentation room.
Overall, it was a meaningful platform for interns to reflect on their journey, gain confidence in presenting to senior leaders, and contribute honest, practical feedback towards strengthening OSPL’s internship programme.
