Movilo: Transforming Material Handling
Movilo is an innovative construction technology solution recently assessed at one of our Data Centre projects. Designed to reduce manpower requirements while maintaining conventional load capacity, Movilo features an intuitive gamepad-style remote control and multiple speed settings for smooth, precise maneuverability across diverse site conditions. Its rectangular platform maximizes usable surface area for secure material transport, and integrated lifting hooks allow safe vertical movement via Alimak.
Extensive trials confirmed Movilo’s reliability under varying loads, including navigating rebars and inclined slopes. While best suited for flat, unobstructed ground and narrow spaces—helping reduce physical strain on workers—users should note its bulky size, limited safe working load, and frequent battery charging needs. Despite these limitations, Movilo offers a practical, efficient alternative to manual handling in suitable site environments.

The ALC Panel Machine streamlines on site installation with precise handling, positioning, and alignment, boosting productivity and consistency.
