Since 2018, OBAYASHI SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED has been sending engineers to our Headquarters in Japan each year for a six-month training program. This initiative aims to promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise between our teams in Singapore and Japan, allowing participants to apply new insights and best practices in their daily work. Through this programme, we hope that our engineers will gain a deeper understanding of Obayashi’s global operations, broaden their technical and cultural perspectives, and be inspired to further develop their careers with Obayashi Singapore.
This year, we are pleased to share feedback and experiences from our engineers who are currently undergoing the training in Japan.
