M&E Engineer

You will assist the M&E Manager in co‐ordinating M&E specific works on site. Key work areas include:

  • Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement
  • Appraisal for works/products compliance to Specifications/Requirements and selection recommendation
  • Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality
  • Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices

 

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good technical knowledge in mechanical & electrical trades

Good knowledge of Local Code/Regulation Knowledge pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety

Document Controller

File and update registrations, submissions and distributions of drawings, documents and samples. Key work areas include:

  • In charge of safety team related documentation controls
  • Assist in design work such as distribution of shop drawings/documents/samples to subcontractors
  • Assist in ISO auditing
  • Filing of approved samples with photos and proper description for future reference

 

Minimum Qualifications/Job Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • At least 3 years of document control working experience in the building construction industry.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Senior Training Officer

The Senior Training Officer is responsible for identifying all staff training and development (T&D) needs, and plans, organises and oversees appropriate training for all employees in the company.  In particular, he/she will set up the necessary infrastructure and systems to ensure employees are adequately trained for their jobs and have them feel motivated and committed to the success and growth of the company.

Specific functions:

  • Do up career and development plans for key staff
  • Conduct job evaluation surveys. He/she is to liaise with Sites/Department Heads to identify, assess and draw up training plans
  • Develop Training policies and milestone development tracks for staff
  • Design and assess training programmes for implementation
  • Supervise and monitor training progress made
  • Ensure employees receive statutory required training
  • Obtain training grants from Government authorities
  • Apply for relevant National Training Awards
  • Compile and present information to Management and Government Authorities
  • Act as liaison and coordinator for programmes conducted by external training partners
  • Coordinate and enhance orientation process
  • Update employees training records
  • Plan and organise yearly staff welfare and wellness programmes

Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, but those with qualifications in Business, Management, Human Resource and Psychology will get added advantage
  • At least 8 years of experience in T&D areas
  • Knowledge of the local construction industry
Senior/BIM Coordinator

Job Functions:

  • Coordinate with Architect and MEP staffs & sub-contractor,
  • Create and update Revit  model,
  • Coordinate with planner to generate 4D Simulation by Revit & Navisworks,
  • Prepare as-built model according to FM requirement,
  • Attend BIM meeting & technical meeting

Skills, knowledge and years of experience required

  • High skill in Revit, Navisworks & Photoshop
  • Good in BIM knowledge
  • Minimum 5 year experience in Revit & Navisworks.
Assistant/Design Manager

Manages and leads the Design Team to fulfil the project’s coordination, material submission and shop drawing submission requirements. Specific job functions include:

  • Plans shop drawings submission schedule to control the sequence and timeframe for development of shop drawings
  • Coordinates all related design matters with clients/consultants
  • Ensures main contract and sub contract designs coordinated fulfil design requirements
  • Coordinates with Contracts team for any formal and informal changes made by consultants
  • Coordinates with Contracts team for proper sequence of sub contract awards
  • Resolves technical problems for team

Job Requirements

  • Must have full knowledge of structure, architecture, curtainwall, BIM and authority requirements
  • Degree holder
  • At least 8 years of design coordination experience with architectural and structural trades in the building construction industry
  • Involved in large scale construction projects previously
Senior/Building Engineer

You must be experienced in building large scale construction projects. Some specific duties include:

  • Plan and execute work schedule based on contract schedule
  • Coordinate and control construction works on site
  • Handle technical and engineering problems
  • Evaluate subcontractors’ risk assessment, safe work procedures and method statements
  • Review subcontractors/supplier performance after completion works

Job Requirements

  • A PEB recognized Bachelor’s degree in Building or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of project management and site experience in building and construction, civil and structural projects.
  • Experience for at least two large scale construction projects
